1. Never ever dress according to your size ! Always pick out something that will flatter your body shape no matter how big you are .
2. Don't be scared to play with colour ! try on that sexy red! or is it the BRIGHT YELLOW you want !? Go for it !
3. Do not be afraid to go out of your comfort zone! Try on that crop top and style it with High waisted trousers! Come on dont be afraid !
4. Carry yourself with confidence ! No matter what you are wearing , you have to top it with confidence and even if you don't have it naturally , as i a,ways say " Fake it till you make it"

ONE SIDED RELATIONSHIPS........

Relationships: It does not have to be romantic in any way . It can be friendship also and in this case it is friendship .The various Friendships I have had have thought me not to rely on anyone for happiness. Recently I just realised that I have been involved in a one sided relationship and I am still involved. What i mean is that i put in like 500% and this person does not reciprocate. I am the kind of person that does not let in people easily because I find it hard to trust people but the thing is when I do let someone in and ultimately trust that person with all my heart, I get so emotionally attached and that person becomes a sister/brother to me . I am also someone that will go out of my way to please friends not to talk of someone I call my best friend. I can literally  do anything for this person. I will donate my organ to this person if the person is sick, I will try my best to make this person happy just because I truly love this person. When I see the person sad i feel it. I become sad. Sometimes when i see this person cry, my eyes start to water. I know people are individuals. Yes i get that everyone needs their personal space. I need mine too but when you shut me out completely for no reason at all at least that’s what i know because you have not told me anything then that hurts a lot. I took it upon myself to support you  no matter the condition . All your dreams, i have supported . The times when you have annoyed me , i have ignored . And yet sometimes when i try to tell you about what interests me , you reply by saying "OK" Wow . The thing is that even if you are not talking to me or acting like I’m annoying you every time i talk to you or like there is this awkward silence when we talk, you know what ? It’s okay . You are still my sister. I'm just a little bit hurt but I’ll be fine . 

 Guys be careful of this kind of situation . If you and your friend have problems , communicate with each other ! After all , you cant read the other persons mind .

INTRA RACIAL DISCRIMINATION!!

Okay so Racism "officially ended about 200 years ago. Lets forget about that but then something that is going on now that I think is far worse is "intra racial discrimination". It is bad enough that for more than 200 years our ancestors constantly suffered oppression from white people then but now that we are meant to pick up the broken pieces and move on, we are creating divisions within our own race . #TEAMLIGHTSKIN,#TEAMCARAMELSKIN etc..                              ooh and even #TEAMMAHOGANYSKIN !!!!  Come on? Really? We are all BLACK, PROUD AND BEAUTIFUL HUMAN BEINGS. I have heard stories of black guys who openly admit that they would never date a dark-skinned girl. What is wrong with a dark-skinned girl? Isn't she a human being ? Why do people choose to destroy the self esteem of these girls? Making them believe that appearance is everything? That they are constantly judged by the colour of their skin? Can you not remember the late Martin Luther King jnr's speech? He said he looks forward to a day where black people will not be judged by the colour of their skin but by the content of their character! He was referring to the white people then but little did he know that the discrimination would be within his own race! This is not fair ! People need to stop this . Young black girls would have their self esteem broken even before they know the meaning of the word. Appearance is not everything and never forget ! You are first of all a Human being before being Black or White or any race ! Stop discrimination! Learn to Love each other!

Lol! Davido (The Baddest) Not as bad !

Lol! Nigerian Artist David Adeleke posted a video on his instagram yesterday . He had a snake on his neck . Apparently , the snake was asleep but woke up on his neck ... Lol funny right? he was like "take it , take it " hahaha! i dont blame him ! I would be terrified if it was me ...

LIFE IS NOT A BED OF ROSES!!

Life is not a bed of roses ! you can't just predict the future ! you do not know what obstacles you might meet in the future .Also , you need to work hard and try and be as successful as you can be instead of planning to be the best at everything , do your best at what you are doing at the moment!

FUTURE PLANS

 Right now i am at the point in my life where i am expected to think about the future . have a detailed layout of my future plans . where i am going to be , what i am going to do , at what specific time , bla bla bla ! well all this is nonsense !Today i was talking to my best friend . We were talking about the future ! you know we are almost done with our IB ( for those of you that do not know what IB is , its called International Bacalaureate. I will put up a post all about it soon) Anyway as i was saying , so we are going to be almost done , university is on some people's minds , work , gap year ,.... All sorts of things . Now , my best friend is not a plan your whole future kind of person. She's more of a just go with the flow kind of person unlike me . Well that was before making this post! What i have come to realise is that instead of me stressing about tomorrow , like i know what i'm going to eat tomorrow? Lol!! , why not just enoy and cherish today . My new motto from now on is to live for today! and i think you should too! Have a lovely day wherever you are , whatever time zone you are in!

VALUE YOUR CULTURE !

   Now this is very important to me ! I did not get so much of it when i was going to school in Nigeria but when i came to England to school, i started to notice it . This really pisses me off . The thing people need to understand is that no matter what home is home . Even if you want to be up to date with the latest things but you need to value your culture and most importantly know where you come from and never forget that . For example people who will leave their country and travel to a foreign country and start to put on an accent. I find it really irritating when i see people who easily forget where they come from . It doesnt matter where you are brought up or where you were born . You just always have to remember home. Have a wonderful day guys ! and am so sorry for not posting for a long time .
